Most custom and personalized pieces are completed in 10 to 14 business days, depending on order volume and item complexity.
Can I choose thread colors?
Yes. Favorites include muted mocha, dusty blush, sage, ivory, and soft neutrals. Custom color requests are welcome.
Do you offer baby shower or event gifting?
Yes. Coordinated gift sets and multiples can be created for showers, bridesmaids, birthdays, holidays, and small events.
How do I care for embroidered pieces?
Wash cold on gentle, avoid bleach, and lay flat or tumble low. Delicate pieces and bows should be spot cleaned.
